"I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Celina Jolly and her staff. They were all very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Celina was able to give me better coverage for a better price than the companies I was with before. Although the product and price were convincing, it was the staff that really solidified my choice with State Farm and the Jolly Agency. "Today I contacted State Farm about making various changes to my home and auto coverage. The agent who provided support was fantastic. What I enjoyed most was Amanda taking the initiative to find ways to save money and maximize coverage. A wonderful concept. No, that was professionalism and customer service at its best. I felt heard by a state farm agent for the first time in years. We have been with State Farm over thirty years. No defensive explanations only service minded concern about helping us. It was a good day today."
